Timepiece Warranty

Not only is each Daniel Pare timepiece beautiful in design, it is crafted with quality materials and components to offer precise, reliable performance and design. We proudly stand behind every Daniel Pare timepiece we sell.

Daniel Pare warrants to the original consumer that his/her timepiece will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the timepiece from functioning properly under normal use, for a period of one (1) year after original purchase, if purchased from an official Daniel Pare stockist.

In the event of a defect being discovered within the warranty period, once approved, Daniel Pare will replace, or refund the original cost, of the item. We do not reimburse customers' repair costs, or offer a repair service ourselves. If you choose to use a repair service, you are solely responsible for this decision and we cannot be held liable for reimbursing the costs. 

This limited warranty does not cover theft, loss of the entire product or individual components, batteries, straps, bracelets, crystals, glass, gold- or ionic-plating or PVD finishing, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, or any damage arising from accidents or misuse including water penetration, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party.

This warranty is void if the product was not purchased from an Authorised Daniel Pare Dealer, as evidenced by valid proof of purchase – a dated sales or gift receipt showing the name of the retailer and an identifying style number for the Daniel Pare product.

Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorised to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country. However, to the extent not prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express or implied (including without limitation the warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which are expressly disclaimed.
